Ruffled Polka Dot Dress | Plus Size Outfit

Ihr kennt das doch sicher auch: ihr stöbert so im Online-Shop und denkt dann: "Oh mein Gott! Das Kleid muss ich haben!" So war es auch bei mir mit diesem Kleid...

Für Polka Dots habe ich ohnehin eine kleine Schwäche - das habt ihr ja erst letztens bei der süßen Punkte-Shorts schon gesehen. Und das Kleid war einfach nur zauberhaft. Vor allem kann man durch die Rüschen an den Ärmeln sich langsam an ärmellose Tops und Kleider ranwagen. Da geht's mir wie sicher einigen von euch - damit fühle ich mich (noch) nicht so wohl. Durch die Rüschen sind die Oberarme noch ein bisschen versteckt, ohne dass es zu "ärmelig" wirkt. Auf Schmuck habe ich übrigens komplett verzichtet.

Allerdings ist das Kleid ja doch relativ elegant. Daher war der erste Gedanke, es mit meinen Lace Up Heels (wie bei diesem Hochzeitsgast-Outfit) elegant zu stylen. Aber dann habe ich mich doch dazu entschieden, es einfach mal etwas legerer zu kombinieren - mit Strohhut und Flip Flops. Hüte trägt man ja doch viel zu selten. :)

I'm sure we all know that: you are browsing through the online shops and suddenly you think: "Oh my god! I absolutley need that dress!" That was at least my reaction when I saw this dress.

I have a crush for polka dots - as you saw a few weeks ago on this outfit with these cute polka dot shorts. The dress is unbelieveable great - the cut, the print, the ruffles on the sleeves. The ruffles a great way for everybody who doesn't like to show the upper arms completely. We all know what I'm talking about here... ;) This time I went without jewelry at all for an easy everyday look.

The first thought was to combine the dress with my lace up heels (like I did at this wedding guest outfit). But then I wanted to wear it less chic and dress it down a little bit - with a straw hat and flip-flops. We should wear hats more often anyway if you ask me. :)
